Using varying building material treatments each façade offers a different character to each street that it faces. The westerly elevation features a central band that flares out as it moves up the building and frames an area of alternating metal panels which have differing depths that provide a play of light and shadow and a visually prominent textured surface. Cladding the corner along the north elevation is a pattern of diagonal lines that provide a play of light and in contrast with the consistent geometric forms on the west elevation.
