Located just north of the prominent University Avenue and Albert Street intersection. The building is pushed towards the north of the site to create a corner condition on the south of the site, where a woonerf courtyard is provided for both pedestrian and vehicular activity. The podium is located on the southeast and northwest corners of the building, allowing the tower form to rise from the southwest grade uninterrupted, emphasizing the verticality in this location. The dominant design feature is the façade, a colourful weave of folding metal panels.
