239 Albert Street

Summary

Inspired by eastern philosophy, this project includes a podium level, 2 symmetrical towers and a central rooftop amenity as an interpretation of a “bagua diagram”. Bagua symbolizes eight natural phenomena: sky, earth, thunder, wind, water, fire, mountain, and lake. Each of the eight corners of the two towers represent one of the eight aspirations for a balanced life; these are represented by warm and cool colours that provide unique elevations from each direction and are chosen to create harmony with the surrounding building context.
