246 Albert Street opens to the south, towards the natural daylight and the neighbouring landscape space. Precast banding runs up and across the building from west to east, allowing large, glazed spaces and balconies on the south elevation. The building culminates at the rooftop terrace that is open to the west and south, offering great views and opening up in the same directions as the form of the building below.
