Inspired by the history of the nearby Hamilton-Brantford Rail Trail, the design and landscaping of this building incorporates elements reminiscent of locomotive elements. The building massing is broken with steps in the form and material treatments inspired by the surrounding context that presents a residential scale to complement the neighbourhood.
